Data Retention

• Account information is retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter in case you choose to reactivate
• Contact form submissions are retained for up to 2 years for customer service purposes
• Analytics data is retained in accordance with our analytics provider's data retention policies
• Affiliate tracking data is retained for the period required by our affiliate programme agreements

When your information is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymise it in accordance with our data retention procedures.
